Accounts Assistant Role

We are working with a specialist business supplying products in the construction industry. This is a full-time permanent position with flexible working hours.

The ideal candidate will have experience in finance, a flexible and helpful mindset, and proficient written and oral communication skills. Sage and Bright Pay experience is an advantage. The role involves using initiative and communicating any issues or ideas to the Director.

Duties include:
  • Managing accounts payable and receivable duties
  • Bank reconciliation
  • Preparing and reconciling Intrastat for ROI
  • Handling VAT returns
  • Preparing Financial Accounts and Year End Accounts
  • Ad-hoc administration tasks

Salary Range: £26,000-£28,000 per annum.
