Chief of Staff and Head of Strategy

Aon is seeking a Chief of Staff and Head of Strategy to join our team in the United Kingdom. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the UK Chief Operating Officer and working with the Business Services Leadership Team to drive strategic initiatives and projects across the UK.

About the Role

  • Lead a team responsible for Governance and Implementation of key initiatives across the UK.
  • Engage and align with Global ABS Chief of Staff to ensure communication is optimised globally and across the UK ABS community.
  • Convene, lead or support the agenda for the UK Business Services Leadership team.
  • Work with Internal Communications to build the communication plan and corresponding materials to drive the strategic vision and priorities for Business Services.
  • Lead campaigns to drive engagement, inclusion, innovation and connection across different areas.
  • Partner with the UK Leadership Team members individually to strengthen performance and drive impact.
  • Lead research and special projects and assist in the implementation of programs that have a significant impact on the Region.
  • Act as a change agent and promote the evolution of the Business Services vision and strategy.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a combination of finance, operations, and program management roles working in a matrixed, global organization.
  • Experience managing and driving sophisticated projects to completion.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
