Drive Strategic Growth as a Chief of Staff & Head of Commercial Business Management

R3 is a leading enterprise technology firm specializing in digital solutions for regulated financial markets. We're seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Chief of Staff & Head of Commercial Business Management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the Chief Commercial Officer to define and execute strategic priorities for the Commercial Division.
  • Develop and manage the budget for the Commercial Division, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Assist in designing and implementing the Commercial Division's organizational structure and planning.
  • Foster cross-functional collaboration to drive alignment and execution of divisional objectives.
  • Provide strategic guidance to the Chief Commercial Officer, offering insights and recommendations on business operations and strategy.
  • Represent the Commercial Division in executive meetings, communicating strategic decisions to relevant stakeholders.
  • Support the Chief Commercial Officer in day-to-day operations and decision-making processes.
  • Monitor commercial activities using key metrics and prepare reports for senior management.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a strategic role within a Commercial Division, preferably in a financial services and/or product software company.
  • Strong understanding of sales, product management, and software and professional services pricing.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage diverse stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive strategic initiatives and manage complex projects.
  • A highly adaptable problem solver with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
