As Chief of Medical Staff, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the CEO's office, managing priorities, schedules, and communications to ensure optimal efficiency and effectiveness. You will also lead special projects and initiatives as assigned by the CEO, driving strategic outcomes and ensuring timely delivery of results.

Key responsibilities will include:

* Leading special projects and initiatives as assigned by the CEO, driving strategic outcomes and ensuring timely delivery of results.
* Facilitating cross-functional alignment by coordinating the execution of key projects and initiatives, ensuring that different teams are working cohesively towards shared goals.
* Identifying opportunities to improve organisational processes, enhance performance and governance, and drive efficiencies within the Executive Office.
* Supporting the CEO in fostering a high-performance culture, ensuring that the organisation's values, mission, and strategic objectives are consistently reinforced.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a proven track record of working with senior executives, driving strategic initiatives, and managing complex projects. A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management/Strategy, or a related field is preferred, and a Master's degree is essential.
