We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Education Support Worker to join our team at LONG-TERM TEACHERS LIMITED. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in supporting young people with disabilities to achieve their full potential.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide personal care and support to students with their therapeutic, social, and educational activities.
- Work alongside tutors, physiotherapy, speech & language therapy, occupational therapy teams, and emotional well-being practitioners to ensure a holistic approach to student care.
- Support students in the classroom, on trips, and in life skills sessions.
Requirements
- Experience of working with people with learning and/or physical disabilities.
- A Level 2 qualification in care or learning support (desirable).
- Ability to demonstrate a positive attitude towards the aspirations of young people with disabilities.
