About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Active Care Group. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting a child with complex health needs in their own home.
Main Responsibilities
As a Support Worker, your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing personal care and support to the child
- Administering medication and managing clinical equipment
- Encouraging the child's independence and participation in activities
