Children's Support Worker

Active Care Group is the leading provider of complex care in the UK. We support children with complex health needs to live at home with their families.
We are seeking a Children's Support Worker to join our team in Redruth. The successful candidate will work weekday early evenings, 4 - 8:30pm, across Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and support the child in their own home in the evening.
- Provide personal care, medication, moving and handling, and manage clinical equipment.
Requirements:
- Kind and caring nature.
- Flexibility and reliability.
- Good communication skills.
