Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Executive to join our dynamic team at Advantage Group. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for achieving and exceeding sales targets for new homes, while providing an exceptional customer experience to prospective and existing buyers.

Key Responsibilities

* Engage with buyers to understand their needs and preferences, and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
* Utilize company incentives to promote sales and support buyers through the purchase process.
* Maintain and showcase marketing suites and show homes to the highest standards.
* Regularly check and update signage and marketing materials to ensure accuracy.
* Build relationships with local estate agents and stay informed about the competitive landscape.
* Research and provide valuable insights into the local area's amenities, schools, and transport links to assist buyers.

Requirements

* Proven experience in new build sales within the housebuilding industry.
* Up-to-date knowledge of the housing market and key industry regulations (GDPR, Consumer Code, etc.).
* Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
* Ability to work independently, manage a busy workload, and contribute effectively within a team.
