We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Automotive Sales Professional to join our team at Robertson Recruitment Services Ltd in Chesterfield.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers seeking automotive parts, providing expert advice and product information to help them identify their needs.
- Prepare and process sales orders, quotations, and invoices efficiently and accurately.
- Monitor and follow up on backorders, ensuring customers are kept informed about their order status.
- Provide feedback to the Parts Sales Manager on customer needs, market trends, and potential opportunities.
- Stay updated with the latest product information, technical specifications, and industry trends.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably in the automotive or heavy equipment industry.
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to quickly learn and understand technical product information.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with CRM or ERP systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Working Hours:
The working hours for this role are Monday to Thursday from 8.00 am to 4.30 pm and Friday from 8.00 am to 3.30 pm, with a 30-minute lunch break.
Benefits:
