Key Responsibilities

- Follow up on leads from various sources, including online platforms.
- Maintain and showcase marketing suites and show homes to the highest standards.
- Regularly check and update signage and marketing materials.
- Build relationships with local estate agents and stay informed about the competitive landscape.
- Research and provide valuable insights into local amenities, schools, and transport links.
- Utilize company incentives to promote sales and support buyers.
Requirements
- Proven experience in new build sales within the housebuilding industry.
- Up-to-date knowledge of the housing market and key industry regulations.
