Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our team. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for protecting the business's commercial and contractual interests and ensuring contracts are delivered successfully.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Directors and project delivery teams to protect the business's commercial and contractual interests.
- Ensure contracts are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders.
- Monitor and report on project costs, progress, and risks.
- Identify and mitigate potential contractual and commercial risks.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A strong background in quantity surveying and commercial contracting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
