Job Title: Senior Construction Manager

  • Oversee project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation to meet project milestones.
  • Monitor and control project costs, materials, and quality standards.
  • Coordinate with clients, engineers, and project stakeholders to ensure clear communication and problem-solving.
  • Provide accurate progress reporting and address any project challenges proactively.
  • Implement risk management strategies and drive continuous improvements on-site.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Site Manager, ideally on water or utility infrastructure projects.
  • Strong understanding of water and wastewater systems, civil engineering, and construction methodologies.
  • Excellent knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
  • Full UK driving license and flexibility to travel to various sites within the Severn Trent region.
