Kier Group is a leading construction and infrastructure company that prioritizes quality and innovation in its projects. Our East Midlands Construction team, based in Nottingham, is seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team.

Job Description:

This role involves working within the Commercial team, focusing on projects across Education, Commercial, and Health sectors. The successful candidate will provide commercial input, including financial and contractual performance forecasts, to the management team. Strong analytical skills and experience in preparing and reviewing cost/value reports are essential.

  • Develop commercial strategies to ensure business targets and KPIs are met.
  • Analyze data, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
  • Negotiate agreements with clients and subcontractors.
  • Manage certification and payment of subcontractor accounts.

Benefits and Salary:

A highly competitive salary of £62,000 - £72,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive package of benefits tailored to your needs.

Requirements:

  • Hold a Full UK Driver's License.
  • Educated to Degree level or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience in a similar role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
