About the Role

A leading homebuilder is seeking an experienced Senior Construction Financial Manager to join their team in a key role that will drive commercial success and growth.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting across multiple construction projects. They will also lead the development of comprehensive financial reports and presentations for stakeholders, including senior management and external partners.

Key duties include:

  • Producing accurate and timely financial reports, forecasts, and analyses to inform business decisions;
  • Leading the preparation and presentation of budgets, cash flow projections, and other financial information to support project delivery;
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements;
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including project managers, engineers, and architects;
  • Providing expert advice on financial matters, including accounting, taxation, and regulatory compliance;
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in a relevant field, such as finance, accounting, or construction management;
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the construction industry;
  • Proven expertise in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights;
