Operations Director - Claims Handling
We are seeking an experienced Senior Claims Manager to oversee claims handling services for top professional indemnity insurers.
About the Role:
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing claims from first notification to resolution, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. They will be responsible for ensuring timely and cost-effective resolution of claims, while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage claims from first notification to resolution
- Analyze claims data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Develop and implement process improvements to reduce claim costs and increase efficiency
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and coordination
- Provide regular updates to management on claims performance and progress
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 5 years' experience in claims management or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Familiarity with industry standards and regulations
