Key Responsibilities

  1. Monitor and Improve Site Performance
  2. Develop and Implement Health and Safety Programs
  3. Analyze Safety Metrics and Incident Trends
  4. Conduct Audits and Identify Solutions

A Day in the Life

You will be based on location at one of our sites, where you will work closely with colleagues across the business to identify and address potential issues. Your expertise will help us stay on top of health and safety compliance, and you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in people's lives.

Basic Qualifications

  • A NEBOSH Diploma/NVQ5 (or equivalent) in occupational health and safety, or studying towards it.
  • Understanding of UK Environment, Health and Safety legislation.
  • Advanced proficiency in verbal and written English.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience of Lean, 5S, or Kaizen methodologies.
  • Experience of planning or managing environmentally conscious initiatives.
