About the Role:

CV-Library is partnering with a leading main contractor in East Anglia to find an exceptional Quantity Surveyor and Estimator. This role offers a unique opportunity to work on complex residential projects, manage project finances, and develop your skills in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparing detailed breakdowns of build costs and forecasting cash flow
  • Procuring sub-contract works and managing them through to final accounts
  • Attending and chairing regular project meetings
  • Pricing construction works and preparing detailed tenders

Requirements:

  1. Relevant Construction related Degree or equivalent Higher Education course
  2. Experience working on residential projects up to £5m in value
  3. Excellent communication and organisational skills
  4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications

Salary: £70,000 - £90,000 per annum
