HR Advisor (Recruitment) Job Description

We are partnering with a professional membership body in East Central London to find a skilled HR Advisor (Recruitment) to join their growing team on a permanent basis.

About the Role

This is a full-time position with a salary band of £34,392 to £38,440 (subject to experience) and the start date is subject to notice.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Director of HR in developing and implementing successful strategies for engaging and working with senior managers and other employees in the management of change and attainment of good HR practice.
  • Develop and maintain a learning and development strategy aligned to the organisation's current and future needs and initiate talent management strategies to develop the future leaders of the organisation.
  • Oversee and lead on HR projects, reviews, and restructure.
  • Maintain expertise and keep up to date with employment law; ensuring policies are updated and managers are informed of relevant legislative changes.
  • Contribute to the organisational development of the organisation by initiating and supporting a continuous management development programme.
  • Lead on the learning and development, payroll, recognition awards, and the performance management system.
Requirements
  • Experience required in public sector recruitment.
  • Experience working as a resourcing specialist in HR.
