About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Clinical/Counselling Psychologist to join our dynamic Adult Mental Health team at Kent and Medway NHS & Social Care Partnership Trust.

Main Responsibilities

  • Provide assessment and treatment services to adults with mental health needs, including individual and group therapy sessions.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary staff development and supervision to enhance the provision of psychological therapies.
  • Contribute to service development and evaluation, and participate in a monthly programme of continuing professional development.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to prepare for transformation and participate in VCSE HEE funded training.
