We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Logistics Account Manager to join our team at CEVA Logistics AG. As a key member of our Commercial Sales team, you will be responsible for managing logistical services for various medium to large events and exhibitions across the UK and overseas.
Your primary focus will be on site handling, customs clearance procedures, multimodal shipping, road-shows, and traffic management, with overall site management and health and safety procedures for domestic and overseas events. You will also be responsible for revenue growth of Showfreight and CEVA business through the achievement of new business wins and the expansion of existing clients.
To succeed in this role, you will need to have experience in national and international exhibitions and events with new business development or account management experience. Ideally, you will have experience of working within a 3PL, freight forwarding, or supply chain and logistics environment. You will also need to understand worldwide shipping, including shipping restrictions and compliance.
This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a flexible approach to travel, nights away, and working hours. You will be based at our Birmingham NEC operation and will be responsible for managing a team of logistics professionals to ensure the smooth execution of events and exhibitions.
