Job Title: Branch Manager

Your Role

As the Branch Manager for our Birmingham location, you will be responsible for overseeing the customer service team for both air and sea logistics. You will manage a diverse team, ensure customer satisfaction, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Your strategic leadership will be crucial in maintaining and expanding our market presence.

Your Responsibilities
  • Drive local growth and customer experience through effective leadership and strategic planning.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of the Birmingham logistics market and industry trends to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers and internal teams, to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Ensure high levels of customer service and satisfaction through proactive issue resolution and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Drive the employee experience on site, aligning with our Roadmap goals to create a positive and productive work environment.
  • Work closely with customers to meet their needs and support their growth, leveraging your 5+ years of experience in customer service and stakeholder management.
Your Skills and Experience
  • Proven experience in logistics, with a background in both sea and air logistics being beneficial.
  • 3-4 years of management experience, with a strong track record of leading large teams and driving growth.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to host and lead effective townhall meetings.
  • Strong understanding of the logistics market in Birmingham and surrounding areas, with the ability to analyze trends and make informed decisions.
  • Experience in customer service or sales is highly desirable, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and improving customer satisfaction.
