About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Pharmacy Technician Facilitator to join our team in Cambridge. As a key member of our Pharmacy Education team, you will play a vital role in supporting pharmacy technician training across the East of England.

Main Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality education and training programs for pharmacy technicians, ensuring they meet curriculum requirements and national standards.
  • Work closely with Integrated Care Systems (ICS) in East of England to develop and implement effective education strategies.
  • Lead the delivery of expert education and pharmacy advice for allocated workstreams/programmes, proposing changes as required.
  • Manage the implementation of the foundation pharmacy program, in line with NHS England policy and requirements.
Person Specification
  • Experience in a health-related environment, preferably in education or professional development.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate a team and review individual performance.
  • Significant knowledge of quality management, performance management, and project management.
