We are seeking a skilled Information Coordinator to join our regional construction business. The successful candidate will be responsible for adopting our information management process across projects, ensuring compliance with industry and Kier standards, focusing on ISO 19650, and helping to deliver against client requirements.

The Information Coordinator will work with a wide range of project teams across the region, supporting the effective management of digital information. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing the Common Data Environment (CDE) for the lifecycle of the project in line with Kier procedures and ISO 1950 standards.
  • Hosting training sessions for new users of the project CDE, including Viewpoint.
  • Assisting the Information Management team with the implementation of Asite, our new CDE.
  • Providing ongoing maintenance of project file naming protocols with the Senior Information Coordinator and project team.
  • Fully understanding project protocols, effectively communicating, and educating all stakeholders, ensuring they are strictly adhered to.
  • Validating, checking, and curating all incoming and outgoing project documentation to the CDE, including receipt, classification, verification, registry, distribution, and retrieval.

Requirements for the role include:

  • Competent experience with Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS), e.g., Asite, Viewpoint, 4Projects, etc.
  • Competence with the Microsoft 365 suite of tools, specifically Excel, Teams, and SharePoint.
  • Diligent, exacting standards of information control.
  • Ability to understand and convey security permissions to stakeholders.
