**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Chef to join our team at Blue Arrow. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for assisting the Sous and Head Chef with all kitchen duties.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Assist the Sous and Head Chef with daily food preparation and duties assigned by superiors to meet high standards and quality expectations.

* Coordinate daily tasks with the Sous Chef and ensure seamless kitchen operations.

* Supervise junior chefs or commis and provide guidance and support as needed.

* Estimate daily production needs and check the quality of raw and cooked food products to ensure standards are met.

* Maintain the highest quality in food production, preparation, and presentation at all times.

**Requirements:**

* Level 2 Food Hygiene certification is required.

* Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role is necessary.
