The Role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading the Sales Team: You will be responsible for motivating and guiding a dynamic team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Business Development: You will identify opportunities to increase sales and revenue, and develop strategies to achieve these goals.
  • Customer Service: You will ensure that customers receive a high level of service, and that their needs are met in a timely and professional manner.
  • Performance Management: You will monitor and analyze sales performance, and provide feedback and coaching to team members to improve their performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
