Role Overview
The Royal Lancaster London is seeking a passionate and experienced Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our team on a permanent basis. As a key member of our Food and Beverage department, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests and ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote the image of Royal Lancaster London as a professional organization.
- Ensure to maintain a personal attitude of a high standard and quality, which produce efficiency and productivity of the department.
- Deal with assigned projects and duties managing time in an efficient way.
- Ensure that opening and closing is completed as per agreed standards.
- Ensure that the restaurant is set up properly for each service, that the team members are following grooming standards and that all the service stations are fully stocked, clean and free of damage.
Requirements
- 40 hours per week, on a shift rota.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Knowledge of food and beverage operations and procedures.
