About the Role

Pentagon Motor Group is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Consultant to join their Peugeot team at their multi-franchise dealership in Burton-on-Trent.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Stay up-to-date with current finance options, regulations, and legislation to provide customers with all available options.
  • Effectively promote and sell additional items such as GAP, paint protection, service plans, and warranties.

Requirements

  • Experience working in a target-driven retail sales background, ideally within an automotive setting.
  • Exceptional customer service skills and strong communication and persuasion skills.
  • Motivation and drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and maintain a high level of organization and methodical approach to work.
  • Knowledge of IT systems, including Microsoft Office, and a full UK driving license.
