We are seeking an experienced Senior Residential Support Worker to join our team at Aspris Childrens Services Limited. In this role, you will play a vital part in managing the daily operations of our services and ensuring the well-being of the children in our care.

As a key member of our support team, your primary responsibilities will include:

  2. Assisting with the development and implementation of individualized plans for each child;
  3. Engaging in regular communication with colleagues, families, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery;
  4. Providing guidance and support to junior staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge;
  5. Participating in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with best practices in the field;

In addition to these responsibilities, you will also be expected to contribute to the overall success of our team by being proactive, adaptable, and committed to delivering exceptional results.

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • A relevant diploma or degree in a field such as social work, child development, or a related field;
  • Proven experience working with children and young people in a residential setting;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, families, and other stakeholders;
  • A commitment to delivering high-quality services that meet the needs of vulnerable children and young people;
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a dynamic team and adapt to changing circumstances.

You must be able to demonstrate a deep understanding of the importance of safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people, as well as a commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.
