Bank Support Professional

We are looking for a dedicated and caring individual to join our team as a Bank Support Professional. As part of our children's team, you will provide emotional support to young people with autism, learning difficulties, social, emotional and mental health needs.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will work on either a Day Shift or Night shift basis, assisting with day-to-day activities such as getting washed, dressed and out to school. On weekends, you will have the opportunity to take the young people on exciting outings to external locations, such as theme parks, bowling alleys, cinemas, and zoos.
As a member of our children's team, you will create strong relationships and lasting memories with the young people in your care. You will be rewarded by seeing them overcome difficulties and progress. We offer comprehensive training and fully funded qualifications to support your career development.

- Assist with daily activities such as personal care and education
- Accompany young people on outings and activities
- Competitive salary: £23,500 - £27,000 per annum
