About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Business Development Manager to join our team at Cavendish Maine. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing the Northern territory and driving sales growth in the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow existing accounts
  • Manage a diary and work autonomously to develop sales initiatives and drive results
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and develop sales plans
  • Utilize CRM systems and Excel to track sales performance and analyze data to inform sales strategies
Requirements
  • Proven track record of sales success and account development
  • Experience working in the tools sector or with a manufacturer is advantageous but not essential
  • Strong sales skills, including the ability to develop and execute sales strategies and build relationships with customers
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £34,000 - £38,000, plus a car, bonus, and benefits package. Full training will be provided, and we are looking for someone who is hungry to learn and grow with our company.
