Job Title: Project Manager - 7 Month Fixed Term Contract

Job Summary:

Chubb is seeking a highly motivated Project Manager to join its AI Engineering team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the progress of global initiatives, preparing and presenting project plans and progress updates to management channels, and ensuring deadlines are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Govern projects from planning through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimations, and project implementation plans, including risk mitigation.
  • Monitor and assign resources appropriately to streamline project efficiency and maximize deliverable outputs.
  • Coordinate resources, ensuring projects remain within scope, schedule, and defined budgets.
  • Analyze project progress and, when necessary, adapt scope and timelines to ensure that project team adheres to project requirements.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with appropriate stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and changes.
  • Report project outcomes and/or risks to the appropriate management channels as needed—escalating issues as necessary based on project work plans.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of project management, business analysis, and related experience.
  • Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle.
  • Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline.
  • Excellent analytical skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a team as well as working independently when required.
  • Strong multi-tasking capabilities and ability to perform well under pressure and tight deadlines.
