The role will involve supporting the implementation of effective prescription management systems and promoting the use of evidence-based prescribing practices within the practice.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Support the development and delivery of a practice prescribing and medicines optimisation plan">
  • Collaborate with clinicians and support staff to promote effective prescription management practices">
  • Provide training and supervision to pharmacy students and junior pharmacists">

Required Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess a Masters degree in Pharmacy, be registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council, and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
