We are currently seeking a skilled SEND Teaching Assistant Professional to join our team at Academics Ltd. In this role, you will work closely with teachers and other staff members to support students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) in a variety of settings.

About the Position:

This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills and experience working with children who have SEND. You will be responsible for creating a safe and supportive learning environment that enables students to thrive.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide one-to-one support to students with SEND in a range of settings
  • Work collaboratively with teachers and other staff members to develop and implement individualized education plans

You will be expected to maintain accurate records of student progress and communicate effectively with parents and guardians.

Requirements:
  1. A degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
  2. Ability to work independently and effectively under pressure
  3. Effective communication skills to work with children and other staff members
