Specialist SEND Teaching Position

**Job Overview:**
Vision for Education - Huddersfield is seeking a qualified teacher or experienced Tutor/Instructor to teach secondary students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) in our specialist provision.
**Salary Range:** £31,000-£40,000 per annum, paid weekly.
Key Responsibilities:
- To provide high-quality teaching and learning for students aged 7-17 who have experienced trauma, disruption, or Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs) leading to SEMH needs.
- To develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of students.
Requirements:
- A Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent qualification with GCSE teaching experience.
- Demonstrable experience supporting learners from diverse backgrounds.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- A calm and positive professional demeanor.
