The School is looking to take on board a highly driven higher level teaching assistant (HLTA) who will be working across both Key Stage 1 / KS1 and Key Stage 2 / KS2. The position will be long-term leading to a permanent position in the school as a higher level teaching assistant (HLTA).
Key ResponsibilitiesThe responsibilities of a higher level teaching assistant (HLTA) will include working collaboratively with the teaching team to support subjects in the National Curriculum. A successful Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) will have:
- The relevant qualification in supporting teaching and learning in schools at Level 4 or above.
- Be able to demonstrate a positive impact on pupil development.
