As a key member of the Property Leadership Team, you will be responsible for the effective operation of the property and the delivery of the Property Business Plan.

Your key responsibilities will include leading a team of five direct reports, overseeing the visitor journey, and working closely with the General Manager and the PLT to plan and deliver the best visitor experience on property.

You will enjoy working in a friendly, lively, and delivery-focused team, with opportunities to develop your skills and expertise in visitor operations and experience management.

Key skills and experience required include:

* Inclusive leadership and team management
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Experience in visitor operations and experience management
* Strong problem-solving and strategic planning skills
