Head of Business Development

CV-Library is seeking a seasoned sales expert to fill the position of Head of Sales. As a critical member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing a high-performing sales team, and fostering a positive company culture. Your primary focus will be on delivering world-class sales training, mentoring, and coaching to ensure the team's success.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales leadership, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing teams. You will be an exceptional communicator, able to build strong relationships with colleagues and clients alike. In addition to your sales expertise, you should be well-versed in sales strategy, market trends, and competitor analysis.
Responsibilities:- Develop and implement a sales strategy that aligns with the company's overall objectives.
- Build and manage a high-performing sales team, focusing on recruitment, training, and development.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, colleagues, and partners.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor analysis, and market developments to inform sales strategies.
- Continuously evaluate and improve sales processes, procedures, and metrics to optimise performance.

As a valued member of our team, you can expect a competitive salary package, including a basic salary of £72,000 per annum, plus a generous commission structure based on your team's sales, offering a realistic OTE of £90,000—with no cap on earnings.
