Mental Health Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Mental Health Support Worker to join our team. As a Mental Health Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with mental health needs to achieve their goals and improve their overall well-being.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement personalized support plans to empower individuals to make informed decisions about their care.
  • Provide practical advice and guidance on issues such as budgeting, employment, and health.
  • Collaborate with other professionals, including social workers and landlords, to ensure comprehensive support.
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop Safety Management Plans to ensure a safe and supportive environment.
Essential Criteria:
  • Enhanced DBS clearance
  • Knowledge of mental health or experience in a similar field
