Business Account Manager

We are seeking a Business Account Manager to join our team in Wolverhampton, UK.
About the JobThis role involves managing client relationships, driving revenue growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent service.
- Manage a portfolio of existing clients, ensuring their needs are met.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with potential clients.
- Prepare and deliver tailored presentations and proposals to clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of products and services.
- Track and report on client satisfaction and account performance.
- Negotiate contracts and renewals with clients to maximize revenue.
- Stay updated on industry trends to inform client strategies.
- Previous experience as an Account Executive or similar role.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and meet deadlines.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- Competitive salary with commission and bonus potential: £50,000 - £70,000 per year.
