Job Title: Level 3 Business Administration Apprentice
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Level 3 Business Administration Apprentice to play a pivotal role in assisting the future development and growth of employees. As part of this change, you will support community projects such as STEM events and careers fairs, working closely with the Training & Development Lead & HR Lead.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Support the development and enhancement of early years, graduate, and industrial placement programmes.
  • Provide effective pastoral and welfare support to all assigned emerging talent.
  • Assist with onboarding and induction of new employees.
  • Help facilitate key development initiatives including enrichment activities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Fantastic interpersonal skills with strong relationships building abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to be creative, flexible, and innovative.

Estimated Salary: £18,000 - £22,000 per annum.
