Business Development Role

NFP, an Aon company (Europe), is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive business growth and expansion through effective account management and sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Building strong relationships with clients, prospects, and insurers.
  • Liaising with Account Executives to deliver high-quality account handling services.
  • Maintaining accurate records and adhering to FCA regulations.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Strong relationships with clients, prospects, and insurers.
  • Working knowledge of most insurance products.

Estimated Salary: £40,000 - £55,000 per annum.

This role is based in Wolverhampton and offers a hybrid working arrangement. We are looking for a motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team.
