Business Development Executive

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Get Staffed Online Recruitment.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving business growth and developing strategic partnerships. They will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with key stakeholders, and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve targets.
In this role, you will be working closely with our client, a Security Industry Authority (SIA) ACS approved provider of bespoke security services and solutions, based in the Midlands, UK. Our client specialises in key-holding, CCTV and alarm installation, monitoring and response, mobile patrols, and manned guarding across all sectors.
You will be responsible for selling these services to potential clients, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The salary for this position is around £35-45k OTE (£28,000 plus bonus), making it an attractive opportunity for those looking to advance their careers in business development.
