Estate Agency Business Development Manager

The Spicerhaart Group Ltd. is the UK's leading Independent Estate Agency business, investing in the future of Estate Agency and partnerships with high-flying individuals.
Main Purpose:This role involves building and developing the Estate Agency profile in a designated core area. Key responsibilities include making decisions on targeted marketing and canvassing, developing business contacts with local constituencies to increase referrals and expand the Estate Agency network.
A super hub office nearby will provide support and assistance, along with a healthy marketing budget to convert market appraisal opportunities into instructions. The role requires utilising the best technology, industry-leading marketing, and learning from our development team to raise brand awareness locally.
