Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Planning Solution Delivery Manager to join our team at The LEGO Group. As a key member of our Supply Chain Product Management team, you will play a critical role in implementing groundbreaking supply chain systems that drive business success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Configure digital products (Kinaxis RapidResponse/Maestro) to meet business needs, supporting business process design and leveraging knowledge of Helpdesk teams to effectively handle questions and incidents.
  • Support validation and testing, data management, and data integration to ensure seamless system performance.
  • Collaborate with operational teams to plan, deploy, and handover changes, ensuring high adoption of solutions and features.
  • Work with Supply Chain Product teams and customers to support the discovery, design, development, deployment, and delivery of digital products aligned with business strategy and objectives.
  • Lead and participate in investigation discovery sessions to identify opportunities and creative solutions to complex business problems.
  • Provide professional guidance in issue resolution, leading multi-functional teams as required, and supporting the Product Manager in value identification and tracking.

About the Role

This role is part of the Inventory and Capacity Planning product team, supporting regional and factory planning functions. As a Supply Planning Solution Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality solutions that meet business needs, while ensuring seamless system performance and high adoption rates.

Requirements

  • Experience working with digital solutions in supply chain planning, ideally in a global multinational manufacturing organization.
  • Strong knowledge of Supply Chain concepts and experience leading and performing work with internal and external partners.
  • Experience with Kinaxis Rapid Response/Maestro, SAP, or similar advanced planning systems.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to establish positive relationships with partners and colleagues at all levels.
