Primary Care Practice Manager

A well-established group of GP Training Practices in the region, rated 'Good' by the CQC, is seeking an experienced Primary Care Practice Manager.
This is an excellent opportunity for career progression, with a strong management team in place and opportunities to take on additional responsibilities and achieve greater financial rewards.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the management of five sites
- Develop and manage a capable team
- Collaborate with the Senior Partner, Clinical Leads, Group Operations Manager, and Clinical Manager
- Support the professional development of staff
- Foster a culture of safety and excellence
- A generous salary of £50k-£60k FTE (with room to negotiate upward based on experience)
- NHS pension
- 5 weeks' leave + Bank Holidays (negotiable)
