**About the Role:**
This is a fantastic opportunity to join Charles Tyrwhitt as an Assistant Store Manager at our Westfield Stratford City store. As a key member of our store's leadership structure, you will play a crucial role in driving sales targets, maximising KPIs, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
**Key Responsibilities and Requirements:**
- Driving sales targets, operational metrics, and customer service expectations.
- Leading the sales team to identify and seize sales opportunities, recognising and coaching great performance.
- Building lasting relationships with customers, manage appointments, and handle customer feedback with the Store Manager.
- Requirements: Previous retail management experience, proven ability to lead, inspire, and motivate others to achieve high standards, coaching and leadership skills, highly commercial with strong analytical skills, stock management and loss prevention experience, knowledge of systems with Microsoft Office, strong relationship building skills and stakeholder/customer management.
