Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and qualified Social Worker to join our Frimley Park Hospital Social Work Team as an Assistant Manager. This role will involve leading and managing Senior Case Workers and Social Workers, handling a small complex caseload, and supporting the duty function and deputising for the Team Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage Senior Case Workers and Social Workers
  • Handle a small complex caseload
  • Assessment of risk
  • Support the duty function and deputise for the Team Manager
  • Assist in strategic planning and service delivery
  • Provide regular supervision and support to team members
Requirements:
  • Qualified Social Worker registered with Social Work England (SWE)
  • Experience in safeguarding, complex case work and resource allocation
  • Ability to manage and support a team in a fast-paced environment
