Paediatric Respiratory Specialist

Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our multi-disciplinary team in providing and developing care for children and young people from the Child Health services. The successful candidate will work closely with our established team to deliver high-quality services and contribute to the development of our paediatric respiratory and cystic fibrosis services.
Main Duties of the Job
The postholder will be responsible for consolidating our position as a major provider of tertiary paediatric respiratory services in South London and the Southeast. This will involve extending our paediatric respiratory outreach services and advancing our research agenda in areas of clinical strength in paediatric respiratory medicine.
The successful candidate will also be required to build a network of centres providing tertiary paediatric respiratory care in South London with close links between different sites and with North London centres. In addition, they will play an active part in the general workload of the department while having a commitment to teaching and training of junior staff.
