Job Title: Senior Registered Nurse - Brain Injury Care

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Senior Registered Nurse to join our team in providing high-quality care to individuals with brain injuries. As a Senior Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for leading the care team in delivering personalized nursing care, assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating individualized clinical care plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the care team in providing high-quality care to individuals with brain injuries
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized clinical care plans
  • Develop and maintain high-quality care standards
  • Collaborate with the nursing team and multi-disciplinary team to provide an integrated service
  • Represent the service at internal and external meetings

Requirements:

  • NMC Registered Nurse
  • Completion of NMC Standards for Student Supervision and/or Assessment or willingness to complete training
  • Evidence of continued professional development

Desirable Skills and Experience:

  • Effective verbal and written communication
  • Knowledge of current legislation within the independent care sector
  • Experience in neurological or palliative care
  • Able to work both within a team and independently
