**Salary:** £43,500 - £49,100 per annum (DOE)

We are seeking a skilled Speech and Language Therapist Specialist to join our team at Merco Medical Staffing Limited. As a specialist in neurorehabilitation, you will work with individuals who have experienced brain injuries, helping them regain vital communication and swallowing skills.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Manage a caseload of individuals with complex mental and physical health needs.
- Develop and implement communication and dysphagia therapy programmes.
- Collaborate with therapists, nurses, and support staff to ensure holistic, person-centred care.
- Supervise junior team members, volunteers, and students.
- Liaise with families and external professionals to ensure the best outcomes for those in your care.
**What We're Looking For:**
- At least one year of experience in managing dysphagia.
- Ability to work autonomously while managing a diverse caseload.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build effective relationships.
- Knowledge of evidence-based practices and relevant assessment tools.
